Policies
Deposits for rental periods of eight weeks or less:
- 50% of total stay to secure reservation
- Balance due three weeks prior to scheduled
arrival
- Damage deposit required which will be
returned at conclusion of occupancy, less any sums
required to restore the property and/or furnishings, to
their condition at the beginning of the rental term
Deposits
for rental periods greater than eight weeks:
- One month's rental fee to secure reservation
- Three weeks prior to scheduled arrival, a security deposit equal to one month's rent and a damage deposit will be due. Subsequent periodic rents will be scheduled related to length of stay.
- Security and damage deposits will be
returned at the conclusion of occupancy if lease terms
are satisfied
Smoking is
permitted only outside the buildings.
No pets,
please
Minimum
stay required during summer months and holiday periods
Check out
time is by 11 AM
Check out time is after 3PM
Cancellation policy states that 100% of deposit will be
refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee, if reservation is
canceled at least one month prior to scheduled arrival
date; 50% of deposit will be refunded, if reservation is
cancelled at least three weeks prior to arrival date;
25% of deposit will be refunded, if reservation is
cancelled at least two weeks prior to arrival date. No
refunds for shorter cancellation periods.
Rentals
are payable by cash or check.
